 Nice looking, functional wine rack at a great price Jan 10, 2007

We were looking for a practical, reasonably priced wine rack. We purchased this wine rack and it was exactly what we were looking for. The design is simple but the quality is good and the rack is sturdy. I would definitely recommend this product.

Assembly is very easy and its a nice looking rack. I received several compliments on it the first weekend it was up. I recommend this wine rack to anyone.

I ordered this wine rack, titled; 28 Bottle Wine Rack in Beechwood by Canon for $59,60. What I received was the Winsome Wine Rack in Natural for $47.81. This is NOT what I ordered. I called the company, Bargain Outfitters and explained what happened. I also asked him why I would be willing to pay more for the same rack. The ANSWER? I WANTED BEECHWOOD!!!! I have oak cabinets and the Natural is just too light. The gentleman that helped me said he saw the mix-up and it indeed was the WRONG rack. He sent me a shipping label to send it back and said they would get another out to me. I asked him how he was sure they wouldn't send the wrong thing again. He assured me he would make VERY SPRCIFIC notes and I would get the correct item. Well, guess what...they sent the incorrect rack again! I am SO frustrated. I called again and they said they would NOT credit my card back until they receive both racks back. So let me get this straight; I order and pay for in good faith, an item that is advertised by Bargain Outfitters, only to NOT have them deliver what I paid for. In addition, they get to keep my money while THEIR mistake is fixed by me? My advice; DO NOT ORDER. Get the Winsome model for less and hopefully a more reputable company that actually CARES about their customers!! All this and it took a month just to get the initial order. SLOW, UNCARING, company! BEWARE!

We really like it. Its the right size for us, we like the fact that its real wood, we like its natural wood finish, it was pretty easy to assemble, it is sturdy, it's well balanced, so its not threatening to fall over, and finally, it was a good value. The price was reasonable. The delivery to Southern California was reasonably prompt, and my wife, a Canadian, likes the fact that the company has a factory in British Columbia.
