The item was better quality than I expected, complete with all screws, all fit together, took 3 minutes to assemble, is exactly what I wanted, arrived in a day or 2 at most, price was fair, quality good. Very very pleased with my purchase.

I must say that this coat tree is much sturdier than I was expecting. This coat tree will be able to handle the weight of heavy winter coats. Assembly was quite easy--10 minutes or so. Has lower branches that I assume are for umbrellas, but will work great for kids who cannot reach the higher arms of the coat rack.
March 10,2012--This coat tree is still like new and still giving us great service!!

I really like the coat rack--it's quite sturdy and has not presented any problems yet. Shipping was very fast. It's just a bit more expensive than other coat racks.

Delivered on time, the coat hanger is solid and I like its design. Would be better if all "hooks" point upwards for easier usage. Just a small complaint: the item's color (kind of antique brown) is totally different from the one shown in Amazon web site (reddish), and the packing box should be sturdier.

We desperately needed a coat rack since our jackets were hanging on the back of all our chairs. This coat rack is one of the sturdiest I have seen and it also comes in handy for hanging the dog leads on the lower arms. It was also very easy to put together.
