Very happy with this purchase. I was tired of buying the corded models lasting 2 seasons and then throwing them away because they wore out.
This unit was very nicely made and relatively light.
I filled the tank with 50:1 gas - primed it and pulled the cord - started on the second pull! Made quick work of trimming my hedges without the stupid electric cord. It did cut through some very thick stuff (~ 3/4") with a little bit of effort. Glad I bought this - even happier to see a 7 year warranty!

I've been very pleased with this trimmer. It starts quickly and easily while my other 2-stroke devices require significant effort. It will cut a branch about the size of my index finger with littler trouble. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
