I was hesitant to buy this product after reading some of the reviews, however, i ordered it and am VERY happy I did. I have not been able to find a way to keep my daughters head from slumping forward when in the car and this product completely solves that problem! I can see where perhaps some people had issues if they did not connect the supports to the straps appropriately but if you use it correctly then you shouldn't have any problems!

We visit family that lives 3 hours away and I always hated how our daughters head would slump to one side for hours. These are soft and keeps her head up in a comfortable position. We love it, and she loves it. She pats and hugs it when its not on her car seat. (we only use it for long trips and she's 15 months old now.)
Update: My daughter is now 3 years old and still uses this! She asks for it by name, and it still fits around her face comfortably.

Cradler works very well, however, can get a bit too warm around the ears and doesn't always cradle my lil' girl's noggin-sometimes she will still fall asleep with her head forward missing both sides, but I like it and would still recommend it-for the most part it cradles her head quite nicely.

I purchased this product because my 3 month old baby needed more head and neck support than the standard head support for car seats (like the J.J. Cole brand). I find this product to be excellent with supporting her neck and head and very soft as well. Highly recommend!

I love this! Our convertible carseat doesn't have a lot of side support around the head, and I looked forever to find something that would work for my one year old. This is it! Her head doesn't slump anymore when she falls asleep, and the supports are soft and comfy. I like having a little more protection around her neck.
