I love this table Apr 19, 2007
By M. Wallace This is the best coffee table I have ever had. I will never have to buy another one. It is beyond being sturdy and strong, being made of steel and stone. It goes with everything, no matter what your taste. The picture really does not do it justice. You will never have to worry about watermarks, dents, and scratches ever. The stones are beautiful and removable so you can place them and replace them to your liking. Since I ordered it through the mail, some assembly was required, but it was very easy to put together and didn't take long at all. I plan on purchasing the whole set which includes the dining room table and chairs, two end tables, a sofa table and a server table. And the price cannot be beat. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful table, horrible service Feb 04, 2010
By Scott T. Bohyer This table is gorgeous, but it arrived to us over a week late. When we got it, the packaging was so poor (only half of it covered in protective styrofoam), the tiles were damaged: shattered and in pieces. We packaged it back up for return and called and Cross Country requesting a full refund and for the package to be picked up. They told us we needed to take pictures of the damage. We've never heard of that before. I told them we packaged it up and really did not want to go through all that, taking and downloading pics, and sending them. We didn't do the damage, we are just customers who want our money back and would like adequate customer service. We were nice and we just wanted them to pick it up and refund our money. They said ok. I got another phone call from them asking for pics again. Then, I started to get a little annoyed. We were sent a poorly packaged, damaged table and we just wanted a simple refund, so it was kind of a battle with them and lots of phone tag, while I was at work, just to get our money back. They finally refunded our money and told us they would schedule a pick up date with UPS. Never heard back from them and this huge package is taking up space in our living room. I contacted them again and again they said they were working on scheduleing a pick up date. Almost an entire month goes by and this huge box is still sitting in our living room. I contact them AGAIN! I get an email in which the tone was kind of rude, not apoligetic for any of this hassle saying, you got your refund already and we are not picking it up. They will not pick it up after I told them that the trash crew will not dispose of this. So now, my husband and I have to get a truck and figure out how we are going to get rid of this and find a place to dispose of this damaged, enormous package. It has been nothing but hassle ordering from Cross Country and dealing with them. We find it terrible that the company was rude, they inconvenienced us tremendously, and led us on at the same time. We will never buy from them again, nor would we recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent Table for a good Price Sep 16, 2008
By John D I just received this item as a gift. I am very impressed. Very nice looking, strong and durable. Cleans super easy and takes minutes to put the stones on the metal racks. It really does go with any color furniture you have around. I have black couches so i was a bit worried but this looks so nice with them.. Actually i like this table so much i am going to buy another one for my downstairs gameroom. Excellent piece of Furniture and not too expensive.

Terrible Service May 07, 2012
By BRB The service from H&M Shop for this product was terrible. I ordered this item on March 23, 2012, and never received it. I received a bill for the product as if it had shipped, but after contacting the company, they had updated the status to shipped; however, they were still waiting for the product to arrive at their location to ship it to me. Finally, after a month of waiting, I cancelled the order. They did process the refund promptly.
