This sturdy bed frame features 10 unfinished horizontal support slats which lock into place, creating a rattle free platform for your mattress. sturdy and simple Nov 25, 2011

This was the easiest piece of furniture I've ever put together (and I've put together a lot of furniture). It's designed well, good quality wood (not your typical plywood like most do it yourself furniture) and the directions made sense. I was able to put together while entertaining a 6 month old. There aren't a million different pieces of hardware which I really appreciated. We use it as our guest bed and I've slept in it a few times. So far so good, seems sturdy and comfortable. If you're looking for a simple platform bed, this is a good buy.
