I bought this salad dressing mixer last year in Paris and have been delighted with how well it mixes oil and vinegar dressings before I put them on salads. Because olive oil can be stored at room temperature for a year and to keep the oil liquid, I store any leftover salad dressing in this mixer in the pantry. The efficient design appeals to guys, too.

I have purchased so many different types of cruets and have always been dissatified. However, this salad dressing mixer is perfect because it meets so many needs. You can flavor your dressings as you wish, I add a bit of water to cut down on calories, minced garlic, lemon zest/juice,olive oil, dried herbs, rice vinegar, stevia and a bit of feta cheese and it was so easy to mix. The upper part of the lid turns to release a security latch and the lid and mixing mechanism. The neck is large enough to easily accommodate what ever you wish to add to your dressing. The mixing handle at the top of the bottle is easy to use and does a good job of emulsifying the dressing. The two small spouts make it easy to pour the dressing.
I would happily recommend this salad dressing to friends and family.

Clever little device that emulsifies the oil and vinegar perfectly. The beauty is that because the "stir" mechanism is always inside, you can keep your dressing ready at all times.

I was very pleased with this product; it works well and is very durable. The recipes on the side are a fun added touch.
This is a great product and enables me to make homemade, healthier salad dressings.

Not a very sturdy product, but seems to do the trick. Plastic is a bit cheap, but overall I'm enjoying it.
