not the same, but still beautiful Aug 28, 2008
By Susan K I bought several place settings of this pattern 11-12 years ago. I bought 4 more this year. They are not quite as big and/or heavy as the older settings. The spoon also do not nest as neatly. But I still enjoy having them very much!

OK. Dec 13, 2010
By JOWI I ordered 4 more place settings for this Thanksgiving. I have a larger service that I own and bought about 7 years ago. My old service is 18/8 and is heavier and more deeply hammered. I was dissapointed in the new 18/10 pieces as they are smoother and lighter. I'm keeping them because I need them. I missed a better price, so if you aren't in a hurry keep checking as they at one point were only 12.99 a place setting.

Beautiful and durable Nov 29, 2008

I bought this set after our wedding to have an every day set. I love it! It is contemporary without being too modern and the weight for me seems just fine. Perhaps the other reviewers want heavier cutlery that you can only get in sterling?
Also, when I ordered, Amazon had left one place setting out of the order on the shipment, and getting the replacement place setting was no problem at all. They sent it right out to me a few days later.
Love this set!!

pretty looking flatware Nov 10, 2007
By Linda Pyfrom I love this patteren, however I wish the flatware was HEAVIER, and I thought ANTUQUE meant larger spoons, forks?? It looks lovely on the table and washes well.

Good looking, decent quality, right size Jul 02, 2010
By R. LeBlanc Looks like they raised the price soon after I bought these (5/2010). This set is very good looking on the table and has a classic feel. These are not thick pieces and are not meant for heavy duty use.
The Good:
Just the right size Classic feel and look Good quality
The Bad:
Thin with very little weight, so they could bend with pressure.
