it took awhile to put together is fact a day and a half with breaks in between..it had too many pieces but my boyfriend and i enjoyed putting it together...we love the bedset..just wouldn't order a piece with so many parts again...as far as the company goes the pieces were all there and gave very dirct instructions...

AFTER ALL THE PROBLEMS IT IS A NICE BED. CALLED COMPANY WITH THE FIRST NOTED PROBLEM AND THEY SENT THE MISSING PARTS. BUT FOUND MORE. PIECES WITH HOLES FOR THE SCREWS IN BACKWARDS, RE WORKED OURSELVES. DRAWERS FOR THE BED UNABLE TO BE PLACED IN DUE TO NOT FITTING IN DUE TO MISPLACED HOLES AND CAN'T BE RECTIFIED NOW WITHOUT TAKING BED APART. 2 NIGHTSTANDS INSTEAD OF 1 NIGHTSTAND AND THE FOOT OF THE BED STORAGE BLOCK. WHICH WE KEPT AND WILL KEEP.

Avoid AAA Home Furniture Discounts May 26, 2009
AAA Home Furniture Discounts lacks integrity should be avoided at all costs. I have dealt with hundreds of Sellers in the Amazon Marketplace and AAA Home Furniture Discounts is by far the worst. They misrepresented the product and refused to replace damaged parts, then taunted me and said they would win against any claim I might file. Shipping was overpriced and underpackaged. They are completely unprofessional and never even sent an order acknowledgment or shipping confirmation. DO NOT REINFORCE THIS BEHAVIOR!
