This thing is wonderful! Holds up to the biggest lid without any problems. Cleans up great - I've even ran it through the dishwasher a few times.
Don't hesitate on getting this. I was so impressed, I bought my mom one. And if you have stainless appliances, it looks nice setting next to the stove - it has become a conversation piece! When I show others how it works, they agree, Finally a place to set the steamed up lid without getting the counter/stove top all wet!

I am so happy there is finally a spoon and lid rest all in one. My kitchen countertop space is very small so it is always a hassle whenever I cook since there is no space to put spoon and lid. I bought a spoon rest before but still strangling with the lid. This thing is great, it holds up any kind of lids, even the 17" large lid for the wok, along with any kind of spoons and chopsticks. I also put 2 different size lids on it at once and still have no problem. Finally, I can enjoy cooking!! This is a must have, especially if you have small countertop space.

This thing won't make any kind of fashion statement on your stove, it's rather plain and boring looking and has a kind of institutional look to it. If someone came in your house and did not know what this was, it could possibly take them a while to figure out what it is for.
I never knew anything like this existed, since I had never seen one before. I just took it for granted for my entire life and my parents before me, that when you took a lid off a pot you put it down someplace, and that someplace was going to get wet underneath. Than of course you have to wipe it up afterwards.
Well with this gizmo you are going to start a new era in your life. Because this thing works, big lids, small lids they all fit in this. Just think no more water on your counter or stove to wipe up constantly. Spoon rests are a dime a dozen, but this one is nice and handy since it is attached.
This is all stainless steel so you can wash it nearly any way you want. Great Item that I would highly recommend.

Very handy lid and spoon Rest.It is good enough for kitchen space. Easy to clean.And I don't have to look for a place for my hot lid!

My sister bought this for me because I love cooking. I always make huge pots of stew and soups, and having to put the covers upside down on the stove or countertop or in the sink was always a pain and messy. Now with this Progressive lid and spoon rest, the covers, as big as they are, sit right in the slot. I love it so much that I bought two more for my family members. What would make this design even better is if they could make it so that you can store the spoon or ladle upright.
