Jr Wardrobe Aug 08, 2009
By Cheryl Saville-Miller Easy to put together and looks nice in a small room without being overbearing. Used Prime for delivery and it was here in one day. Good produce.

Doors have a huge GAP and back of wardrobe is half exposed! Dec 31, 2010
By Edythe This is the WORST WARDROBE I've ever purchased, and actually the worst piece of furniture I've ever put together. The doors have almost a 1/2 inch gap in between them when closed, it is so unsightly! Unbelievable that they couldn't cut the doors wide enough to meet when closed. I called the PREPAC company and now they say they can't find me in their system. Again, UNBELIEVABLE! They better send me new doors, and I just hope they meet together and have no gap like the ones it came with!
Second of all, the backerboard that covers the back side of the wardrobe only goes half way down!!! How CHEAP. Like they couldn't provide enough board to cover the whole back of the unit??? It probably only would have cost them a $1 to do it, how expensive can cheap, thin, card-board-like MDF be?
The bottom half of the wardrobe where the drawers are is completely open on the back, dust is sure to get in, and I imagine if you had a small cat or other animal that it could somehow find it's way in there, too! haha Ridiculous! It just looks odd, and unfinished on the back with the missing board.
They are supposedly sending me extra backerboard to cover it, if they can "find me in their system," but either way, WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO make 2 PHONE CALLS, send SEVERAL EMAILS, and PROVIDE PHOTOS, and MODEL NUMBERS, and PART MEASUREMENTS and PROOF OF PURCHASE--just to get the wardrobe to LOOK NORMAL, like it should from THE START??????
Just poor construction and I know the backerboard missing was done by design, because it doesn't show backerboard on the bottom half of the armoire in the directions either, and tacking backerboard to the top of it is the last step in those directions.
LONG STORY SHORT, DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED, AND HAVE THE AGGRAVATION OF CALLING FOR NEW PARTS WITHOUT THE GUARANTEE THAT THOSE PARTS WILL WORK ANY BETTER THAN THE FIRST ONES.

needs better packaging Feb 10, 2010
By Liam The boards are made of MDF and particle board, so basically any little bump on the delivery truck will cause damage to the materials. Edges were chipped and parts were broken or missing because the box was also ripped. So basically it needs to be shipped in a better box. Assuming it came in perfect condition, the wardrobe is a decent size and fairly sturdy. I will need to call for replacement missing parts. I don't think it's worth what i paid but it was one of the cheaper options out there, so as they say "it is what it is."
Well built Aug 25, 2010
By AJ Well built, believe this thing weighs over 250lbs. I found it was best to construct it very close to final position, as it doesn't move very easily and the door latches are kind of flimsy. Should work well for a couple of years until my daughter gets a little older, but this is definately a kid's wardrobe as advertised. Full size hangers don't fit.
Looks are deceiving Jul 21, 2010
By A. Godshall Purchased this for our son's room. Package arrived with multiple points of damage on corners despite cardboard and foam packaging. It was even punctured in one spot (the board at the back of the wardrobe. Assembly was no problem - very clear instructions. Drawers are not as deep as the wardrobe! This was a disappointing fact since we needed all the storage space we could get. They are about 7 inches shorter than the depth of the wardrobe. Had to install a wood block in the large area for the doors to hit against, otherwise the doors would close and go too far inward. Disappointing purchase but we had no time to shop around once it arrived. Drawers do move smoothly. Son says, "one drawer goes in farther than the other one."
