Great Stand, But needs more specific Info for what TV's it works with. Mar 15, 2008

"normal white male"
This stand is well made and looks great. However the arms the attach to the tv only fit certain TVs. If the bolt holes are more then 30" apart then you need a different Arm Size that is available by a different part Number. This should be more clearly defined on the literature. Other then that no complaints.

Flat Screen TV Tabletop Mount Jul 07, 2009
By Miles T. Hanley This item arrived earlier than expected. It was easy to put together as the instructions were quite clear and easy to follow. The only negative comment I have is that if you have a 32" television like I have (Samsung LN32B550) one of the horizontal arms can block the rear input/output terminals. Fortunately I have a hacksaw and was able to trim the offending arm. So if you are thinking of purchasing this be aware of this. Otherwise it is very sturdy and works well. And it looks good too.

Solid, attractive solution Apr 01, 2008
By T Hull I am very satisfied with this stand. It is solid, attractive, and easy to assemble. It makes it possible to position the bottom of the display as little as 1.75 inches above the surface on which the stand rests. Note that the horizontal mounting brackets screw into the holes normally used for a wall mount system. Depending on where your input jacks are located, the mounting brackets could make access difficult. Provision for a swivel base would be welcome.

Excellent Product, solid construction, good instructions Jan 17, 2011
By D. Armstrong I don't normally review items but after putting together this stand Sunday I felt I had to. You know when you buy something you have to put together and it comes with a whole bunch of different size/thread type screws and you have no idea which screw goes with which step in the installation process. These guys got it dialed in. It comes with 3 long bags of screws/parts, about 20 different types of things, each packed in their own little plastic section with a label on each one with how many and what it is. That was SO awesome! It was also very good of them to give you all the screw depths for basically every flat panel out there. To be honest with you I put my 52" Sony Bravia on there, I know you're not supposed to put a 52" but if you read the KDL5200 reviews you'll see that the big complaint was the crappy/flimsy tabletop stand that comes with it. This stand is far superior, heavier duty and much more supportive. I got this TV from someone that had it wall mounted and threw away the tabletop stand. The directions were fairly clear (most directions suck and I would rate about a 1 out of 10) but these directions I would rate a 9 out of 10. So, looking for a tabletop stand? This is awesome and I highly recommend it. I would think it would be severe overkill for a 32" TV but if you have nothing then I suppose it would be fine. Bigger TV's, this is perfect

Very sturdy stand that does the job I needed for some customization Sep 10, 2008
By M. Ward I needed a way to mount a Sony 40" Z series LCD in my TV cabinet that used to house a 36" CRT. The problem with using the provided TV stand was that it protruded several inches in front of the panel for balance, which meant the TV had to be pushed back into the cabinet restricting the viewing angle from the sides more than I would like.
So, I found this stand from Premier Mounts, and mounted the panel facing out the "back" of the stand, and then secured the base with some brackets to my TV cabinet - works great as I now have the TV flush with the front of the cabinet (inset just enough for the doors to close) and have full viewing ability.
While another reviewer commented on not having the needed screws, I was impressed with the large variety of mounting screws that were provded in the kit - found some that met my needs for the Sony 40Z4100 fine. There are a couple of horizontal brackets that I am not sure are needed I did have to cut off a portion of one side of the lower mounting arm as it interfered with the input panel on the back of the TV, but this does not reduce the structral strength in any way.
The stand is made of very good quality, heavivy duty materials and if for some reason you have misplaced your original table stand this would make an ideal replacement - or a great option for needs like mine above :)
