This was to be a gift for my daughter. It arrived carefully packaged in many layers of fitted cardboard but when it was opened we discovered it had been shipped broken: the pitcher had pieces of the plate inside it although the plate was underneath a separate layer of cardboard. I tried to reorder but was told they had no more inventory. Amazon immediately refunded my money - no complaints with them.
