The company definitely uses the word 'deluxe' very loosely....i wouldn't even call it a 'blanket'...maybe a light throw. It came in a very small package that a pillow case would have filled up. They said it was originally $49.99, but i'm sure if anyone actually paid that price, they would return it for a full refund! I paid $14.99...not sure if it's really worth that either, but i'm keeping it because i have a grandson that is in a 'pirate' stage so it would look cute as a hanger on his wall or a throw across his comforter on his bed. If you are looking for a pirate blanket for warmth, this is not the one!!!
