I've been happy with the other Price Pfister products I bought when I renovated my house, but stay away from the towel hooks! After a month or so of regular use, the poorly designed connection between the hook and the part that sticks out of the wall loosens and comes apart. You have to put it back together with a teeny-tiny screwdriver (don't lose the teeny tiny headless screw!), and you've got this chore to look forward to again in another month.

I like the product, but the arm was loose from the post, then came unattached altogether. Have been dealing directly with Price Pfister to get it fixed, but that is taking forever (they've sent me the wrong part once already). I would love this product and give it 5 stars if it wasn't broken. I am happy with the double towel bar and the toilet paper holder.

I don't know if it is just the way this is made or if I just got a bad product but this lasted about 6 months in my guest bathroom. The part where the hanger attaches to the base stripped out and it barely hangs on. I am able to poke it back in but I must do that every time someone uses the hand towel. Very disappointed because it matches the rest of the bathroom hardware. Afraid to purchase a replacement for fear it won't last long either. The toilet paper holder was the same way. :(

I love this piece. Definitely unique compared to other items like this. It looks great in our newly remodeled bathroom. Attaches snugly to the wall, and is even reversible--the 'open' end can face either left or right.

Beautiful product. Secure on wall. However, the loop connection to the fixed part, while stable, appears to be less than top quality. Time will tell.
