We LOVE the Klick Desk!!! Aug 18, 2009
By Tina Cooper
"Julsie's Mama"
We bought the Klick Desk in green for our daughter's 2nd birthday one year ago. We have nothing but good things to say about it. It's compact, attractive, absolutely durable! Our daughter uses it everyday to color, do art, to play her video games, to play on our laptop. She even eats there quite often. It has stood up to crayon, marker, pencil, and food messes and has cleaned up well everytime. We've even caught her standing on top of it, and it has handled her antics well! We store her coloring books and a plastic case with art supplies in the shelving under the seat. The back cushion is soft and durable as well. We have limited space in our house and this desk works out well. We move it from her bedroom to the living room and back almost daily. When it does get left out in the living room it is at least attractive and can be compacted together and used as a side table.
The ONLY thing that did not meet my expectations is that I thought that the chair and the desk part would actually "click" together and lock in some way since it is called a Klick Desk. They don't, but it doesn't deter from the functionality or quality of this product at all. We love this P'Kolino product so much that we have now ordered their easel for our daughter's 3rd birthday! We can't wait to get it as we are certain that the quality and functionality will be excellent!

Stains easily, chair heavy for kid, play surface too small-- but my daughter likes it Apr 03, 2011

I have a few major complaints about this desk. The first is that it is too small to hold a pencil box full of art supplies and a coloring book at the same time. My daughter & I are forever picking up box-fulls of pens and crayons. The second is that the desk portion of the set stains *super* easily. Your basic Melissa & Doug or Crayola washable ink stains it in a matter of seconds. The vinyl pillow on the back of the chair stains easily too, but that is less surprising. I have found that enzyme stain remover for laundry takes a lot of the stains out if you leave it on overnight-- but what a pain. My last complaint is that the chair is really heavy for a preschooler to move around.
On the upside... The desk looks slick (or it did prior to being all stained up), the size allows it to fit all over the place, and my daughter really likes to use it.

Great for small spaces Sep 17, 2008
By Happymom If you have a small space for your kids, this would be the best choice. It's really compact but enough spaces for little ones to do their craft. It looks great, too!

paint comes off easily Jan 31, 2012
By aa This desk and chair is great if you don't have a lot of space. It is worth the price, but there are some downfalls. First, it is hard to "click" together. I thought it would be easy, but both my sitter and I have trouble putting it together and taking it apart. Second, the paint rubs off. The paint came off the chair onto the side of the desk portion the first time we took it out of the box. That was not a big deal. The paint coming off, onto our cream carpet where we had put the desk for 3 days was a much bigger deal. After 5 days of scrubbing I have almost gotten the stain out, but you can still see it.
I would buy this again, but these are things I would have liked to know ahead of time.

Paint chips! Made in China... Mar 13, 2011

I was very annoyed that this desk had sloppy paint work and the paint on the desk chips somewhat easily. My son loves his little desk though. It has a space underneath for storage and is great for small puzzles. My son is 19 months now and we bought this for him 2 months ago. This desk will easily fit a 5 year old and up. I can fit my skinny hips in it too. Will grow with a child, only, his feet dangle right now.
