Great for entertaining! Sep 20, 2010
By Notorius B.I.G. D.U.M.M.Y. Whether for breakfast or different flavored hot wings, the 3-station server is great! The best part about it is that it does not require burner candles nor does it need to be filled with water. On a cautionary note, beware of how high you set the temperature setting; it can make cleaning difficult. All in all it is a great addition to any kitchen collection and is great for any party. Simple, practical, yet elegant.
Great food warmer for the price Nov 07, 2011

I've used this once and here are my observations - Pros: compact, heats food evenly, no cracking concerns because of the glass lids, lids have vents, i used it in the low setting and that kept the food warm Cons: the finish is rough around the edges, it is very small, each one of them probably holds an appetizer/ side for no more than4 people, pow cord is real short, doesn't reach the ground from a standard buffet table Overall, i'd buy this product again, it's probably one of the best out there for this $ range
keeps it hot! Jun 27, 2011
By Kate Kane Just used the warming trays for the first time. I was extremely impressed. This thing works great and keeps the food piping hot!

Flimsy May 14, 2011
By SactoLawyer While I thought it might be a quality product when I ordered it as it has actual glass lids as opposed to plastic like many similar products, I was disappointed that glass lids is the only "quality" aspect this product has. EVERYTHING else about this product is cheap and flimsy. The knobs are cheap plastic with chrome layer on top of the plastic. (Think 1960's era chrome on plastic parts where the chrome peels and/or chips off.) The shafts the knobs are attached to wiggle as if the potentiometer (the variable resister that controls the amount of electricity going to the heating element and thus controls the level of heat output) is mounted on a thin metal bracket that flexes easily. The "feet" on the bottom are made of the same cheap plastic with chrome layer as the knobs on the heat controls. The three pans which are designed to hold food are made of very thin metal such that they will bend and/or dent easily. The stainless steel housing seems to be so thin that there is a scratch and a dent and/or puckering of the metal in places. These scratches, dents, and/or puckering seem to have been created during the manufacture of the product: it came out of the box with this damage and the damage is located in places where shipping damage seems unlikely. I have not turned it on yet so I cannot speak to how well (or not) it keeps things warm. Nevertheless, I wish I had purchased a three position crock pot instead.
