This 3 section buffet & warming tray server is great for entertaining for any special event. With the buffet warmer, your main courses, side dishes or desserts will stay warm. It comes with three individual chafing dishes which holds 2.5 quarts. Each dish comes with PC (polycarbonate) lids easy lifting with indentations on top. Each chafing dish fits inside the pan holder, which can be removed so you can use the warming tray alone. The Stainless Steel heating surface is durable and easy to clean. The warming tray has two cool-touch handles and four non-skid feet that offer stability and has three variable heat controls.

This 3 tray food warmer has worked very well for us. The trays are large and we really like the clear lids so you can see whats there without lifting the lid, unless they are fogged up from the hot food. It cleans up easily because the trays, lids and frame all come apart to clean up. We usually keep it turned on high to keep the food warm while serving it.
It has 1 heat control for the base which heats all 3 trays the same. The flat warmer base can be used by itself as a warming tray for other dishes too. Nice product.

I bought two of these Buffet Warmers from Amazon in anticipation of a large Thanksgiving dinner. Neither seemed to work properly. While the warming trays warmed somewhat, the heat seemed quite uneven - one end of the tray warmed, but not the middle or the other end - and so the contents of two of the three pans did not seem to warm up much, if at all. And the one pan that did warm up did not warm up to any great degree, in my opinion. Accordingly, I returned both trays to Amazon, and replaced them with two warming trays purchased locally. The two new trays, made by the same company but higher end models, worked much better in comparison. Returning the items to Amazon was easy, so I have no complaints with Amazon.

There ae many reviews on this and most are good so I will not dwell.
Used this for two Thanksgiving parties. Perfect!
An hour before I put the Item on TEMRERATURE 1.
Half hour before I pumped it up to 2.
Just before filling, it went up to 3.
Kept it on 3 for the party.
Nothing short of perfect.
Got mine at Target on super sale for $50. A real bargain. Pay a little more if you really need it. It's worth it!

I received this item about 6 months ago, and my fault, did not try it right away....I pulled it out of the cabinet on Sunday for a party and it would not come on...my husband took the back off and the inside insulation was severely burned where the electric connects to the heating element.....pretty sure they will not replace at this late date, but am going to try....even if they do, this is still a definite quality control issue! I am going to purchase another one, but definitely from a more reputable company....

PURCHASED THIS BUFFET WARMER AND IN BROKE IN ONE MONTH. SENT IT BACK TO THE HELMEN GROUP AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MONEY OR UNIT. CHECK OUT COMPLAINTS ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU BUY!
