The item was just as described and works great but the installation instructions and hardware from Moen were cheap. I just ended up using my own drywall anchors and screws.

The Moen Brantford robe hook (brush Nickle) looks nice in out new bathroom. Contractor wanted three times the cost for this item. I bought two and had them both installed in less then 10 minutes.

Looks great and matches my other oil-rubbed hardware. Installation instructions were not clear; they didn't specify if you needed a stud or drywall. I mounted in drywall but I suspect they required a stud mount as it didn't seem very sturdy. Also makes a weird clicking noise if you pull on it.
It'll do for now, but the Kohler hardware installed much simpler and with better instructions.

I needed something to hold my robes better than the standard hook. This looks great and I like it.

Received the hooks quickly with no problems. I am using them for hand towels, and they are not quite big enough, the towels keep falling off. But love the oil-rubbed bronze that matches my other fixtures.
