We just finished renovating our bathrooms and bought this toilet paper holder for both. Love the look of it - very sleek. The functionality is great too; you just lift the bar, no little plastic holder that can fall when you are trying to replace the roll. Very sturdy too - great design. Very pleased with this purchase for its use and the price.

Yes! I love this thing. Of all the upgrades we made during our bathroom remodel, this was the easiest, cheapest, and most impactful! No more springs flying across the room when I change the toilet paper - Oh, happy day! Very stylish and functional.

I looked at this item at the hardware store and ended up saving more than $10 by getting it here on Amazon. It comes with a very handy paper template that will show you where to drill your holes for the anchors once you have made sure that the template is level. This hardware seems to be very solid and I really like the pivot feature. I got the whole "Retreat" set from Moen for the bathroom I recently renovated (saved over $50 by getting it on Amazon) and I am very pleased with each item.
