The bed is nice, but the shipping and customer service is terrible. Acme sells this product but apperently worker in China make it. Acme then send it to a distributor in Southern California. It is then sold online by online retailers like Amazon etc. So what does this all mean? It means so many hands have touched this product, that in this situation none of them have the specs on this product. Sure it partially my fault for not getting the specs before, but how can all these hands not know simple basics of Lenghth, Width, and Height. Well they do know heigh, but not the other stuff, and even here it says the weight is 90, well my package arrived at 160 lbs and in three different boxes.

Anyways, called Acme parts department and they said you need to be member to get specs, the other time the lady was honest, that they didnt know because it would require them to put one together. Wow!!! Isn't that the least you could do if you are selling a product is to know it and its specs, how it works ect.

The guy at the parts department was a complete moron, they dont understand customer service. The only thing he said with confidence is that the bed was indeed black, because I told him some sites list it as capuccino while others say its expresso and others say is black...he said its surely black, however its more a dark brown that faded, so in a dark room it may appear black.

Anyways, if I were you...considering this product, only go for it if you have ample room in your bedroom or if you like to gamble on the color...I would suggest we all wait until Acme or someone steps up and are accountable for product details they should know, considering they are selling it for about 800 total including shipping.
