The box arrived quickly and all the pieces were in the box. The pieces themselves were a little worse for the wear, and the particle board was chipped in some places. Directions weren't difficult to read, and if you can assemble ikea furniture, you won't find this hard to put together - it took maybe 3 hours to do by myself. The final product looks ok, the cardboard backing is against the wall and most of the chips are hidden. It's a cheap piece of furniture and is fine for something better than a rolling rack. Womens shirts just barely fit hanging, mens shirt will hit the bottom shelf. It does add storage to city living, and if you need an extra closet this looks better than the garment racks.
