Great product Aug 12, 2008
By Bette Wechsler I used this for the first time at an open house where the food needed to stay warm and eatable for 4 hours. Worked very well. Food did not stick to the pans or dry out and get "crusty" (mac & cheese, baked beans, potato dish). Very easy clean-up. I would definitely recommend it.

Only one problem. Nov 09, 2009
By Lizzianne The only problem with this item is that when I unboxed it and set it up, it wasn't level. The box it came in was pretty beat up, so that should have been a clue. However, I was hosting a small cocktail party two days after I received it, so I kept it and just leveled it with a matchbook. It worked wonderfully, though! I was very pleased with how it kept the food warm without burning, scorching, or drying it out.

Awesome product Apr 29, 2010
By Shelly This buffet server is great. Aside from the cheap plastic lids that came cracked on top due to someone screwing the handles on too tight---I love it.

Maxi-Matic EWM-6171 Elite Platinum 3-Tray Buffet Warmer Mar 04, 2010
By mimic The warmer was fine. My only disappointment was the quality of the lids. They looked very cheap and seemed flimsy and easily breakable. 2 of them actually arrived with cracks. I ended up buying the Waring Pro BFS50B Professional Buffet Server and Warming Tray which was a little sleeker and had much better quality lids.

Perfect for keeping small amount of foods warm Dec 16, 2009
By ManangK I loved that it was perfect for fish with sauce, slices of beef, and a vegetable based dish...Clear lids were plastic and do not seem sturdy...we'll see. I dropped one from a height of 2 feet and it did not break, despite the fragile appeareance. Tin pans are easy to clean up. I like that it could double as warming tray without the pans.
