Great product...terrible instructions Jan 24, 2012

The bed is just great! Good quality wood and excellent look once put together! However, the instructions provided on how to put this bed together are made by some one who does not speak English. It is very confusing and hard to understand. It took us hours to put this bed together. The delivery of the bed is just okay. They left the 2 extremely heavy boxes on my porch, so we had to lug them in. Other than the instructions and delivery, the product itself, if put together properly is excellent.
