ter with Alarm clock HygrometerLCD Display Temperature and Humidity Me Oct 30, 2010
By Lindey Bought three of them, all three of them had different humidities, all in the same room set side by side. So I don't know how accurate they were. It appears to me they weren't. The temperature was all the same, so I would say the temperature was right on. But I wouldn't trust humidity part of it. I do like the display, it's easy to read. Don't know if I'd recommend this because of the difference in humidity. Oh, and the humidity was anywhere between seven and 10 percent of a difference.

Good for one day, then... Jan 20, 2011
By NHBuyer Out of the box it worked. For about one day. Then it started giving incorrect readings, measuring the temperature a full 10 degrees lower than it really was in the house. It runs through batteries and makes a loud, frequent beeping sound as it drains a battery. This noise is so loud that even though the unit was placed downstairs it woke my wife and me up in our upstairs bedroom at three AM. Even when the batteries are fresh out of the box, the unit acts strangely, switching for no reason between Celcius and Fahrenheit and freezing on previous memory settings. The ONLY way to get a current reading is to hit the rest button and wipe out all of the data. Even then, of course, it gives inaccurate temperature readings and likely humidity readings as well. That is, unless you really can get a winter nosebleed when it is 75% humidity in the house. Save your money. Buy ANYTHING else.

Great Camping Alarm Clock, Temp and Humidity Display! Jan 27, 2010
By John R. Green I looked at many different models...and this one is the best for what I was looking for, regarding features and cost.
When you are camping, it's nice to have an alarm clock to wake you up...if not you sleep in too late and miss all the action in the morning for photography (or hunting, fishing, etc.).
It's also nice when you wake up and you think to yourself, good god it's COLD! You can just look at the display and see exactly how cold it was..."I woke up and it was 20 degrees out"!
It seems easy to use and I like the display.
The only negative...it took over a month to get this shipped to my father...so order this with plenty of time to spare!!!

Not accurate Nov 29, 2009
By SPARKY0210
"CC"
The numbers are large and easy to read, but it doesn't show an accurate humidity reading, usually 15 degrees below.
