You need to double check the width that you require before purchasing so you have all the extensions necessary to put the gate up once you have every thing it works well. Very pleased with my purchase

I initially had one of those old wooden gates that you have to step over and it was very cumbersome, especially since I am pregnant and have a 4 year old. I bought this gate even though it seemed pricey because of its reviews. I am so pleased that I did. It was very easy to install even with the extensions we had to by and it is super easy to use even my daughter can work it. Very pleased.

Point: if you order from this company, do NOT expect a) to receive your order or b) to receive quality customer service. I ordered gate extensions for a baby gate on October 22. Never rec'd the items. I called customer service 6 x before they finally gave me back my money. This is after they stated that they resent the shipment, but could not verify a tracking number for the supposedly resent items. I literally had to argue my way to a refund for goods I never received. Order your baby products from somewhere else. A huge headache!!!

Hello. When I placed my order I was needing to extend a gate from the standard size to 47 inches. When I read your "Product Features" I understood I would be getting "Two metal extension kits for openings 42 5/8 - 48 1/8 inches" but that was very incorrect. I received literally two (2) bars as the "extension kit" needless to say I was very disappointed. I think it would be valuable to your customers if you included the information necessary for purchases. So, for me to cover the entryway I actually needed three (3) of your metal extension kits...Unfortunately, I spent the money for a rush order so the costs and hassle of a return will be just that; a hassle. I was very disappointed with my purchase and I can't use it.
