 Fabulous style at an affordable price Sep 06, 2008

I purchased three of these sets as I remodeled three bathrooms. Kohler offers great style with this set--the Memoirs line has become a classic. And each finish (I have polished chrome and brushed nickel) is flawless. The oldest has been in operation for 7 years and not a problem with it. I have always thought this style and set from Kohler to be a very good value.

I had this installed on top of the matching Memoirs sink and the look together is really super nice. The brushed nickel does tend to show some finger prints and water spots, but I generally stay on top of that. I use Barkeeper's friend (the liquid) to polish everything up.
Love that the faucet isn't super huge and that it doesn't extend too far into the bowl. I can't count the number of times I've knocked my forehead on our old sink when I was washing my face.
The angle of the water flow is also good. It doesn't go straight down, but slightly out.
The other thing I like is the simple drain cover. It has Kohler lightly and tastefully etched across the center, but it's barely noticeable and it looks nice.
I'm way more impressed with the faucet than the plumber my contractor used to install it :)

We love the style of the Kohler Memoirs faucet. We purchased two with the French Gold finish from Amazon at an incredible price. The faucets have a great finish, and are guaranteed for life. I'd highly recommend the Meomiors faucet.

Hmmm...I got this set in the polished chrome and I have to say to me it doesn't look nearly as good as the photos. Wish I had gone with something else. The faucet is smaller than I envisioned. I put it on the Memoirs pedestal sink. Maybe it would look better in a different finish.
