 Excellent end product, some quality issues May 11, 2010

This is a beautiful product. It is even nicer in person than the photo. The green tint is a very very light one. All of the drawers are quite roomy and the side compartments for necklaces holds many necklaces. So here's the catch. The quality is questionable. Now the actual unit is made out of sturdy material and looks like it will not scratch easy but I did have a problem with the first unit that was delivered. The corner piece was pushed in. The company backed their product and immediately issued a return and shipped out a second unit. The second unit has a dent on the interior of the drawer and the magnet on one side of the necklace compartment. But even with these small issues, I loved the end product so much I chose to overlook the small issues.

There's a mirror on top of the armoire. It arrived completely shattered. I've contacted the seller twice. Finally they respond that I need to submit photos before they decide. We find that to be poor customer service. It's a huge box taking up space in my entry way. We have not heard back from the seller so we decided to file a claim now... Totally frustrating.

The color of this product is a dull yellow. The drawers do not open and close smoothly, and the assembly for the lid on top fits poorly and is flimsy. Not worth the price.

the quality of the product is fine, but the hardware was not included in the packaging, and I have spent several weeks trying to get the parts. All you get is voice message and no returned phone calls. Would Never buy from them again.

This is a really nice jewelry armoire for the money. The color is of a white wash wood, no green tint at all but as I thought, matches my bedroom furniture perfectly.
The drawers are nice and roomy: The bottom three drawers are plain, felt lined with no dividers, which is great for scraves, clutches and small leather goods and the others are divided and felt line. The top of the box has a nice size area for rings (ring rolls) and second drawer is perfectly divided for bracelets, bangles etc. There are a lot of room on the two side doors' double rows of hooks to hand necklaces, chains and pearl.
Overall quality is adequate for the price and the armoire looks really good once a little furniture polish is applied over for a little shine.
This was delivered quickly, the items came double boxed and nicely protected and nothing was broken, dented or scratched. The only assembly required was to attach the top of the box (hinges) and the only problem was, the screws were not included, probably not purposely. A trip to Home Depot took care of that.
Overall very pleased with this purchase.
