Did not work Sep 12, 2009
By KMNNY I used these tags for my child's camp clothes and most of them fell off after several washings. The pen applied directly to the clothing worked fine -- the tags were large and faulty.

Works great Aug 03, 2010
By aypg1972 My children wear uniforms to school so I needed these to keep our uniforms from getting confused with other students uniforms. I have been very pleased. I have washed our uniforms over and over without a problem. Maybe the other user didn't apply the iron long enough. Make sure that all 4 corners adhere to the fabric and it should work fine.

great labels, not-so-great pen Jan 19, 2011
By Jennifer Kott Don't bother with this product--get Iron On Garment Labels by Original Heart Company WITHOUT the pen instead--you get more great labels sans the disappointing pen. I used Sharpie® Rub-A-Dub Permanent Laundry Marker, Fine Point, Black, 2/Pk instead. Also, you have to use a very hot iron and make sure to cover the label with thin cloth as the directions specify. If you apply them correctly, they'll last a long time.
Been using for years Feb 08, 2012

I have used these for several years for my daughter's school uniforms. I still have one from three years ago that is attached. As she outgrows the uniform I just pull out the label then someone else can use the uniform (we have a uniform exchange set up at our school). Just make sure you iron it at least twice as long as they say to and you should be fine. I have only had to re-iron one label in the 20+ I have used over the years.
I don't use the marker that came with it, I use the Sharpie Rub a Dub. Don't remember if the marker didn't work or because I already had the Rub a Dub's.
Work great Jul 20, 2011
By L. Frye Needed something to mark clothing for my grandmother in an assisted living place. Tried permanent markers, which didn't last. These seem to stay on the clothing a long time.
