Not that there was anything particularly wrong with the item, it simply was not as sturdy as advertised. So, after contacting their returns department, I was promised a 'return authorization' number within 24-48 hours. I wrote them twice, yet the response never came.
I would only recommend using this company if you're absolutely certain about the product you intended to purchase. Otherwise, you may be stuck with it, being unable to return it.

The planner has enough room for daily schedules/meetings etc. and the extra months help with turnover to another year. The Time Zones were cute and I actually have used it once and the ring binder lets it take up less room. A couple of extra blank pages would have been nice but it works great as a desk planner and I will order another when this one expires........
