I wanted to replace a large springy hamper with something a bit smaller to fit into the closet, so I bought this one. I really like it. (I assume you want to put it in one place and leave it there - it is a bit tough to lug around because there are no handles. I have a separate laundry sack that I use to transport laundry to the machines.) It arrives folded flat and you can always fold it back for storage. There is a thin velcro strip at the opening. I really love this hamper because it's so deep - you can really put a ton of stuff in there (pillow cases, bed sheets, duvet cover, and a lot of clothes can go in there at once, and there is still room). I particularly recommend this for small spaces, even though it really can hold all your stuff!

As a uni student, I need a hamper. As a dog owner, I need a lid. I bought a similar product on amazon, and it barely made it through two semesters of schooling. This hamper is much, much sturdier. The top actually sticks on with hook and loop on the outside. It is a very very high quality product that I highly recommend.

This is just what I was looking for in a hamper. I need something that was a good size, but could be folded away when it was empty. This does what it says at a good price.

The hamper was the size and shape Amazon described, the velcro works, and it fits nicely in a corner. The only thing I'd like to see would be handles on the sides, but it's not too unwieldy to carry around. After the last hamper I purchased from Amazon had to be returned due to missing parts/parts that didn't fit together/complicated assembly, this hamper was a great purchase.

This hamper does what it is supposed to do. It isn't too big, isn't too small. The construction is reasonable and the lid stays closed with a nice piece of velcro. Holds about 3 loads of laundry, or about a weeks worth of clothing.
