sub standard parts and directions Jul 27, 2010
By Patrick J. Mckinley We just bought one and it got here fine- but then the trouble starts- the cam screws dont work in the cam locks unless the screws are NOT screwed in all the way- otherwise the locks bend and snap- all very cheap. Cust service was called but was of no help- finally fiddled with fit for hours before figuring it out.
I too had door problems- they are not aligned properly and one would not close- the alignment comes preassembled- I had to take one off- fill the old hole wth wood glue and re place it. Finally the allen wrench and the brass screws- like the cam locks- must be made out of the cheapest peanut buter like metal- they strip and lose their shape with the slightest force being used on them. No- I would not recco this to anyone-

home bar Aug 02, 2009
By Angel I have never known an item of easy self assembly furniture so well explained with each part clearly identified to match the instructions - right down to labelling of each type of screw and bolt!! It was a real joy to put together. I had only a slight gripe with some misalignment that prevents the doors from closing properly but that did not bother me as I don't intend having the doors closed except for moving the bar around if needed. I would highly recommend this item.
Super Slick And Well Made Mar 09, 2012
By Estevan M. Martinez I received this yesterday and assembled it fairly easily. Like another reviewer stated, everything is meticulously labeled, included all the hardware parts bagged separately. I was pleasantly surprised.
I suppose I'm lucky in that my doors had 0 problems going on, sticking, or staying closed. Cam screws and locks all went on without issue. I only had problems with one bolt that wouldn't thread, but it finally caught the nut and is all good.
Another surprise what how much of this is actually solid wood. It is very heavy and substantial. Did anyone mention the hidden casters? I contemplated not putting them on, but you can't see them at all and it makes moving this thing a breeze!
Happy in AUSTIN Mar 24, 2011
By suldo49 LOVE IT. Gorgeous wood. Relatively quick and easy assembly. One door slightly gets stuck but nothing tremendously noticeable. It looks great, holds everything with more than enough space and it's an awesome addition to my décor!
Cheaper than it looks Jan 22, 2011
By Keideki This is a lot cheaper than it looks in the pictures. I was very disappointed at the quality for the price I paid. It is however functional and that is why it gets 3/5 stars instead of 2/5. When the product arrived there were staple marks in the wood from the packaging. It was NOT easy to put together and the design is kind of flawed in a couple places. All in all I would not buy this product again.
