This so called chip and dip set is only 6 inches in diameter! No way could it be used for chips and dip or a veggie tray.
But, for the money, I will keep it and use it for condiments.

I had four different kinds of nuts, Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, and Walnuts that I wanted to display and serve my friends who would be coming over within the next few weeks. And I was trying to think of what bowls or dishes I had available for the nuts. I had none. So I went online and came to Amazon. The closest I could come to what I thought would work was this Godinger Chip and Dip with Rack. Really that description didn't seem to fit my need for the nuts. But I ordered it because the price was irresistable. And when I received this item, I was joyfully surprised and completely satisfied. It was more than I expected, in size, in quality, and in value. The item was not only perfect for my nuts but also better than I thought.

Very small serving areas. don't expect to fit all your pigs in a blanket on one tray. but it looks nice.

I ordered this for use at a party. It was delivered promptly and was exactly as pictured, but the areas for dip and dippers' is small. The design is attractive but the whole thing could be a bit larger. Worked out ok, but had to refill every few minutes.

I actually bought this dish because it was only 6 bucks. I intentionally got it to feed my 7 cats with. Much easier to feed them all in one dish and let them all get around than try to use 7 separate dishes and create more dishes for me to wash! It is the perfect size for that. I can see how it would be too small for using it for it's intended purpose.
