The Perfect Touch Feb 06, 2010
By Debra A. Holley This piece was bought for the bedroom and we love it. It's beautiful when the candles are lit. The little red berries are not overwhelming and add just enough color. I wish the dimensions had been included in the description of the item but another reviewer had added those and that was a help. It does measure 24 x 12.

Such a lovely piece! Jan 08, 2009

We purchased this product to go on the wall that sits near our dining room table. It is so lovely to have all the candles lit while eating dinner. It certainly has added a nice decor to our home and we just love it!

Candle Wall Holder Feb 07, 2010
By Linda P. Eddins Pleased with quality and looks great on a wall painted with color. Some of the candle holders are not even but that is typical in iron products, however, it adds character. The glass colored beads on the end of the branches are a nice finishing touch.

Unacceptable Quality Oct 04, 2010
By M. Voelkel I bought two of these based on the extremely positive reviews and the style of the item. It's been a week since I went through the strong disappointment they caused and still feel strongly enough about their poor quality to take the time to write this.
Pros:
-The style, from a distance, is attractive
-Quality mounting kit included (although you must drill holes in your wall for the anchors)
Cons:
-The circular rings that hold the glass holders are not welded to the piece. You simply "drop" them into holes that have an *extremely* loose fit. As a result, each candle candle can move left and right very freely. There is no way I would trust a live candle in this in my home. The odds of it swinging up against the wall and starting a fire are too high. My suggestion is that if you simply must light candles in this piece is to take the time to create a very strong friction fit by filling the hole with something before you put the pieces in. When I tried to do this, a piece snapped off so be warned.
-Again on the mounts for the rings: they are generally level but there will likely be 1-2 out of 5 that are nowhere near as level as is acceptable. One of them pointed the candle a solid 20 degrees upwards. Given the pivoting on the joint that takes place, the candle basically needed to be balanced directly against the wall (it would instantly swing 90 degrees left or right) to stay up
-The quality of the material is extremely low. The only option I had for one of the candles to be even close to flat was to try to bend a piece of the metal very slightly. It immediately broke. Just as important, the beads that are used as decoration are hideous from any distance under 5 feet. They look like they came off a 12 pack of novelty children's necklaces from the dollar store. On top of that, they are affixed to the piece using a very weak glue. Two of them were freely sliding along the metal when it arrived
-I need to make this perfectly clear: unless you manage to get the loose pieces under control, DO NOT PUT CANDLES IN THIS. The risk is simply too high that one of the candles will pivot right up against your wall.
I've purchased over 100 items on amazon.com and this is the first time I've had to disagree with so many other reviewers. I base almost all of my purchases on the reviews of others and this was quite a let down. If you found this information helpful, please vote this up so fewer people make the same mistake as I did in the future.
Happy shopping,
Mike

Five Candle Wall Adornment Jan 28, 2011
By Carol B Arrived on time, package was obviously damaged, partailly torn (box feels like soft soggy cardboard - but not wet) Surprised that more damage to the art wasn't done, as the glass votives and red glass balls on the metal were barely protected. A few of the "branches" were broken off and a chip in a votive.
Customer service responded immediately to my damaged product and was willing to ship out another at no charge (my first reaction was, I did NOT want to re-order this product, it seemed like it was "cheap" and that it sat on a dirty shelf somewhere collecting film on each of the votive glass candle holders - before packaging into a box that seemed to be the same quality as the center tube of papertowels)
But since the customer service was so good, I decided to accept their offer of sending out a new one. I WAS AMAZED to see the package arrive in the same damaged condition of the first one!!! I gave up and cleaned up the artwork, and will put up on the wall, as the price is affordable, and if you look at the artwork from a far, it's ok looking.
