Great for precision work & excellent customer service Oct 14, 2008
By #1 Amazon Fan If you have precision cutting that you need to do, these scissors are the perfect choice. You do need to be careful, though, as they are extremely sharp and are not safe for children to use.
You can lock them as well to prevent accidents and Fiskars provides replacement springs if one is ever needed. I used my scissors so much that the spring finally wore out; I couldn't find a replacment and emailed Fiskars. They send several to me free of charge with a letter thanking me for my support of their products.

great tool Mar 24, 2008
By S. Thomas I have broken the thumb of my dominant hand and these are a godsend. I can cut anything without needing to ask for help or competely mangling whatever I am cutting.

LOVE THESE SISSORS! Jun 03, 2007

These must be the best little sissors for serious crafters around. They lock so you don't risk them being left open for little (or your own) fingers to get sliced on and it helps them to store compactly as well. They are sharp and get around tight spots easily.

great snips Oct 06, 2010
By Raymond A. Souza I wish I found these earlier in my life.
They are so easy on the hands and fingers dont get
cramped and sore from hours of trimming and
manicuring fine gourmet marijuana buds.
Best snips yet.Spring loaded so you dont have to open your hands every cut.
Love 'em.

Identical Apr 24, 2010

Save $3 by buying item # 9921 instead of # 12-9921. I've used these for years and lost a couple. So, since I couldn't tell the difference on Amazon, I ordered one of each. They are identical; same length, width, weight, blade length, spread, everything. The only difference is that the cheaper one (9921) also provides a rubber tip protector for storage or to protect your pocket.
That said, I wouldn't be without these snips. I pot a lot of plants and they are always by my side. I have small hands and they don't spring too wide for me. Other brands are too big for my hands.
