This unit is pretty good. It is a pain to set up, as two people are needed to assemble. Don't try to do it with one person. It is very sturdy and it looks pretty good. It will chip very easy, as it is made of heavy particle board. The main unit has many pieces and the directions will confuse you. It will focus on too much information on some parts and not enough on others. The drawers were very easy to assemble. They have lots of room and roll gently. There are no handles on the drawers as they are really not needed. After it is assembled, there is a matching headboard that goes with this unit. It does not match in size. I lost my wallet behind this unit. Overall, you want to assemble this unit in the same room where it will be used. Once it is assembled it is not going to move to another room. it's too heavy and will break apart. Also, invest in some floor sliders if you want to move it around the room for a perfect fit. With your matress on it, is going to be extra... pulled my back, heavy.

After the second week of using this bed, some of the drawers cracked and they get stuck to where I can't get my stuff out of the drawers.

The bed is very nice for the money I paid. I never would have paid the full price for it, though. It was fairly easy to put together, but took closer to 7 hours rather than the two and a half the instructions claim. I put it together by myself so it may go faster with another person. It looks great and the drawers slide like a dream.

The product was great. the instructions for assembly were clear and concise. My wife and I were able to assemble it quickly without any hassles.
My only grief with this order was with the UPS delivery. They showed up a couple days early when no one was home, left the boxes in my yard (this is in the city), and left my gate open. I get a fair amount of traffic past my house and anyone could have easily pulled a truck up and taken the whole shebang (i ordered both the drawer-bed and the matching headboard-shelves).
Needless to say, I was rather livid about how UPS handled the deliver and I realize that isn't the sellers fault, but there ought to be better instructions for delivery of these items (like requiring a signature or something).
