Nice appearance - hard installation Oct 01, 2009

The towel ring is nice and matches other items in my bathroom. However, the installation is tricky. My other bathroom racks came with a key to tighten them onto the wall. This one came with a teeny tiny screw mechanism that you need a teeny tiny screw driver for (less than 1/16th of an inch wide, a bit larger than the size of a screw in a pair of eye glasses). Since I don't have this, I had to try to tighten it with a little metal file I had - it worked somewhat, but the ring is still not affixed to the wall as tightly as it should be (it still wriggles around a bit). This really irritates me, because in order for me to get it properly tightened I will have to buy a tiny screwdriver that I have no real use for. Making this otherwise affordable item being much more expensive than I thought it would be.
