Falling apart before I even got it Jul 25, 2010
By Adam The ring arrived with the small screw missing. Also, one of the ends had already unlinked - the plastic endcap was nowhere to be found. Nonetheless, I merely placed the ring to swing sideways instead of up and down to avoid drawing attention to the missing endcap. Then, I glued the thing to the wall. It'll be a pain when I have to remove it, but I don't particularly want to go to the hardware store a thousand times to find the single screw that will tightly fit in the small hole without snapping.

You get what you pay for! Jan 17, 2010
By No longer in OZ! Standard size fixtures that allowed me to simply replace the bathrobe hook on the back of the door with this towel ring. Now the towel doesn't keep falling (sliding) off the back of the door! The packaging was inadequate given that the very small screw that is used to keep the fixture on the bracket attached to the door was loose in the box and could have easily been lost in shipping or unpackaging. Otherwise, you get what you pay for: a simple, effective towel ring that was easy to install.

Do the job! Dec 25, 2009

The towel rings are pretty easy tot up, well after I figured out how they all slip into place. The look pretty nice in both bathrooms; just over looked the fact that I needed to tighten the screw on one of them. After tackling this and a couple other projectS, I consider myself pretty handy.

Rendered useless by a missing screw Dec 21, 2009
By GazDad I ordered this ring to replace another existing fixture whose ring had been damaged. Towel ring is of average quality, but arrived without the tiny set-screw which locks the fixture onto the mounting plate. Therefore the brackets were useless. Fortunately, I was able to remove the ring itself and put onto my existing fixure. Otherwise I would have needed to return it.
Works perfectly, and very low price. Oct 11, 2010
By vincent_anton This was a snap to install. It included all the needed hardware to attach it to the wall. It feels secure, and for the price I think it's a great value.
