Do the job! Sep 03, 2008
By W D & E's Mom These do the job quite well of keeping outlets covered.
I was a little disappointed that it wasn't as easy as I'd hoped to squeeze the sides to take it out, but then again, that's a good thing!
I do my best to squeeze the sides and then I just wiggle it out.
Our daughter hasn't figured out how to get them off yet and I highly doubt she would have the strength in her fingers to do so since I have a problem getting them out myself. That's all that matters. They do the job!

My 1 year old keeps pulling them out. Jul 04, 2010
By Z-Cru BanditZ I'm not a big reviewer, but I had to write about this product. The idea behind the design of these electrical caps is to make it easier to remove them when you need to. Unfortunately, it also makes it easier for children. My one year old daughter removed them very easily. As a result, I have to give this product only 1 star because it does not do what it's supposed to: protect my toddler.

Not the product pictured Sep 29, 2011
By LE The product page shows the KidCo outlet caps with the center tabs, which is what I wanted. When the item arrived, they were by Mommy's Helper and had flat backs. These will be going back -- if I wanted flat backs by a random company, I would go to the dollar store. I see that another reviewer had the same issue.

They do the job Aug 01, 2010
By Agent 609 They do the job, my 11 month old cannot get them out, yet it's not impossible (or timely) for me to get them out when I need the outlet.
However I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because: They are not as pictured - the ones I got to not have that tab in the middle tab in the middle for fingers to grip (mine have a flat surface). And 7+ dollars is far too pricey for some little plastic things.

12 month old removes with a big smile!!! May 28, 2010

My 12 month old takes these out of the outlets easily...then it goes in his mouth easily cause its round...
Found one stuck in his mouth today and him drooling...(it's too large to swallow but he was able to get it way in the back of his mouth).
I previously had the oval ones from walmart which he also is able to remove however due to its shape he did not get it way to the back of his mouth.
As for outlet covers, I am totally bummed now.. guess I will have to place electrical tape over the outlets.
I have no recommendations but I can advise u to also consider shape of outlet covers u plan to use in your home.
