totally dissatisfied, finish doesn't match "pearl nickel" finish faucet I bought earlier. When contacted Delta's response was "towel ring was made by another manufacturer, call them". Problem is, the towel ring box has the name Delta on it. So much for customer service and the Delta name for that matter.

This is the first time I have used the open ring sytle. This style works better than the ring towel rack we had before. The ring kept falling off. This ring is handsome, and is well made. I am very happy with it so far.

I am outfitting all my bathrooms with Delta's Victorian hardware collection.
These are well made and comes with all the hardware for installation. These bathroom accessories look outstanding. A good investment. In my opinion, spending any more than this is a waste.

Delta Victorian Collection Aug 31, 2011

I have two 24" towel racks, a robe hook, two light fixtures (3 light set), and a tub/shower combination in the Victorian collection (chrome) by Delta.
This collection is easy to install and very attractive. Delta's workmanship is not what it used to be! There are some defects to the finish. The worst is a 1/4 inch circular bubble in one of the light fixtures. If you look close, you'll see occasional pitting. I'm a detail person so I see these things! I also remodeled a house in 2001 and replaced several faucets made by delta. The replacements were heavy and extremely well made back then! Finishes were flawless.
When I found the defects this time, I called Delta in the hopes that they would just send me replacements for the defective pieces. They now require that you first ship the defective pieces to them prior to replacing them.
I ended up just placing the lights in position where the defect wouldn't be as noticeable.
We also have the set in rubbed bronze downstairs in a half bath. It's been in use for 2 1/2 years. The towel ring is holding up fine. The toilet paper holder needed to be disassembled and tightened up this week. Not a big deal, it took a small phillips screw driver and the allyn wrench that came with it. I store the allyn wrench in the vanity. The cold handle has needed to be tightened up a couple of times. The finish under the handle is worn but is not visible unless you remove the handle which I did yesterday. We have hard water and that may be a factor in the deterioration in the finish. It could also be the number of people in this house as well (9).
Overall, I'm pleased with the aesthetics and pricing. If the finishes were of higher quality, it would have earned all 5 stars.

Victorian Venetian Bronze Towel Ring Aug 14, 2009

I purchased two rings from BB&B online. They came from two different places. The boxes looked different but the product number was the same. The ring fell off the base of one when I was installing it and wouldn't stay on, the other ring the base was two pieces and would not secure tightly to the wall. The base on the one that the ring fell off of was one piece. I should have known these product were inferior, about two weeks ago I purchased to Delta Victorian Venetian Bronze Vanity light fixtures from Lowes and had to return to the store twice before I got a product that I could install. Delta may make great faucets, but this other venue just isn't working.
