Poor quality item--Falling off of wall and hollow ring easily broke Dec 03, 2010

Unfortunately, this item was a bad mark on the Delta name. The hardware was noticably cheap. Installed correctly, the holder kept coming off of the wall. Then, the ring came disconnected from the base (wouldn't tighten sufficiently enough to stay connected). The ring was made from cheap, hollow metal. When I superglued it to the base, the ring quickly broke off--can't say I was impressed.

I did call Delta, however, and I have to say I had a good experience with their customer service.... They replaced it with another item (since my prior experience with the first towel holder was so poor I requested a different replacement). The customer service was very hastle-free and quick shipment. This item (Leland) is MUCH better quality (very happy with replacement :).
