Soooooo adorable Oct 01, 2011
By luvsfashion I love this it's soo adorable yet classy and theres quite a bit of room for your SMALL make-up collection. That said I need more acrylic storage towers for all my seasonal cosmetics, nail supplies, lotions etc.I do love that the desk is pretty tall about to my hips and I'm 5'6.Now for the assembly The only other thing I put together in my life was my rabbit hutch, see my other reviews....
Sooo My vanity arrived at 1:00pm and I was done putting it together at 5:30pm.I had to keep unscrewing the shelf bars and redoing it because the welding on the side was globby and supposed to be the inside piece so check that before you start putting it together. My husband put the bench together when he got home and was really simple.
IMPORTANT:I keep seeing reviews complaining about the screws messing up the fabric on the bench.Ummm you are supposed to flip it over and put the screws in the bottom and you wouldn't have that problem or see the ugly screws lol.

GREAT PRODUCT!!! Feb 20, 2012
By BB This vanity is lightweight & sturdy! I'm 56 yrs. old & weigh 300 lbs. It holds me well & I have plenty of room on the seat. I put it together by myself & it only took 3 hrs. & 15 min. after I made sure all parts were there. I put the different screws, bolts, etc. in plastic containers, so it would be quicker and easier to put tog. Read all directions (yes, there are directions on back of 2nd sheet) & follow steps in order. On the pictures, the numbers relate to the small parts (screws, etc.) & the letters relate to the large parts(bars, etc.) The only thing I did out-of-step was putting the plugs for the bottom of vanity legs in (before putting on the mirror support bars). It was easier to turn it upside-down to put them in, without having to worry about breaking the mirror by tipping it to insert them. I did this after the basic frame was tog. & before the shelves & top decorative plugs were in place. The seat was not difficult. I'm not very strong & I didn't have to use power drill. I did use a shorter screw driver to get in between the bars, though. Turn upside down to screw into bottom of seat! The seat cover was a smooth, black canvas-like material, but I like it better-shd. last longer than velour!

Very nice vanity set -worth buying Sep 02, 2011
By Donna This set is just as pictured. It is exactly what we wanted and works perfectly in my teenage daughter's room. Very nice looking and sturdy and it will be easy to clean. The directions were not the easiest to follow and the parts were not labeled. We took some time labeling the parts before starting to put the items together and I think that helped it go quicker. It took about 45 minutes to put together. Be careful - we put the mirror on before putting the glass shelves on and this made it heavy and it tipped over and the mirror cracked a little bit but on the corner so not a big deal. The mirror does tilt to different positions but this makes the vanity not able to go right against a wall so keep that in mind.

Drill required Aug 22, 2011
By angelgirl Beware the seat does not have any holes predrilled in order to attach. So you need to be strong enough to screw through wood or you need a drill.

So Cute! Aug 22, 2011
By Hanh Tran I decided to buy this vanity because I wanted something cute and would match with the furniture in my bedroom. The black metal and glass makes this ideal to go with anything, and the heart design makes it absolutely adorable! The vanity itself is a lot smaller then I expected it to be, but the second shelf makes it possible to fit all my makeup products and tools. The instructions that come with the vanity was very cluttered, but my boyfriend managed to put it together without any problems. Everything was included in the box, no screws, bolts, glass, or pieces were missing. The glass is being held up with suction cups and screws, so I don't know if that'll hold up at all but it seems to be doing fine. Shipping was speedy and it was packaged very well. I would highly recommend this if your looking.
