This bed will make you so cool. Mar 03, 2010
By Marilyn What could be better then waking up and sliding down to breakfast?!?
I got this bed because regular bunk beds were a little too tall for my tastes, and I still have little kids, I worried about someone tumbling from the top. This bed is at least a foot lower then the other bunkbeds. I've put a mattress on the floor underneath for my 2 year old, and my five year old is on top.
My bed is the white version, instead of multicolored, and it doesn't have a popout tent, instead it just has a tent that goes flat down the sides of the bed. My two year old thinks it's wicked funny to close up the tent at bedtime and sleep in his little cave.
This bed does take up more room, but I think it would be foolish to think that it wouldn't... it's got to fit a ladder, slide and tent. And for the price, it can't be beat!
The tent material is a normal nylon thing tent material. So far mine hasn't ripped at all, and I've had it for about a year. I bet if kids were trying to climb the tent it would rip, but normal use doesn't seem to be a problem.
The only thing I dislike about the bed is that the side rails seem rather short. I'd prefer if they were a few inches taller. But again, I'm paranoid about falls.
I heartily recommend it as a bed though.

My Son LOVES it. Jun 03, 2011
By Sheila Y. Ponce-moriarty When the bed arrived it was intimidating especially that the parts were not clearly identified. However, it was very easy to put together. It does take up a lot of room, but his room looks clean now that he has a place to store his toys out of sight. The reaction of my five year old was worth every penny. The manufacture does not have weight restriction written on the product, but when I called they confirmed the weight limit was 180 pounds. My son's friends spend hours playing in his room now. FYI... since buying this bed my son has not attempted to sneak into my bed. This is a great first time standard twin bed. There are also many ways to adjust the use of the bed as he ages. You just have to have a good imagination.I wish I was 5 again.

Okay, but I regret buying. Dec 19, 2009
By R. Cruz This is a sturdy bed, and it looks good, but when we bought it, we didn't think about space in my son's bedroom. This bed takes up almost all of his room. the 'tent' part of this is pretty cheap. A lot of the ties that hold the tent on have broken off, and the material has ripped. I really wish we had gotten a regular bunkbed set, so our sone could have more room, and a bed for a friend for sleepovers.

Durable bed Mar 31, 2009
By J. Fischer Multicolor Bunk Bed with Slide and Tent
My Boys have enjoyed using this bunk bed set. They have enjoyed playing in the tent and with the slide. The bed is made from very durable medal. The only downside for us is that their room is too small for the bed and we were not able to utilize the table that is on the side of it.
