great for the money better than it looks May 16, 2011
By mcthrifty369 I have very small room and can't fit a dresser in there so i started looking around to see what else i could do with the space. my closet is too small for this set up but i did have a empty wall. the track system was to expensive so i was hunting around on amazon which really has everything you could think of (type in canned haggis to see what i mean) and i found this kit. i had it up in two hours mostly prep, measuring and drilling etc. I set it up different than the picture and i drilled holes in the support poles to put the shelves where i wanted them. also i didn't use the little spikes they give you to secure the brackets to the walls. piece of advice if you want to customize it to a height of your choice have your brackets and shelves ( with the clips attached) up, push the poles into the floor and mark them with a sharpie make sure it's level then drill the holes and put the support poles on, it will make it more secure. keep in mind if you want to put heavier stuff then clothes on this you may want to buy support braces. they're not that much and then you won't worry about then shelves collapsing. i'm a woman and fairly tool savy, the amount of time it took and the result was easy and worth it.

LOVE IT ! Jun 18, 2011
By Nick it took me 15 hours to put together. thats only because im 15 years old and had no idea what i was doing.... for other people that are good at building stuff, it will take you 20 minutes. when finished putting it together, i put everything back in and it had sooooo much more room and real nice looking. Good closet organizer Aug 08, 2011
By S. Mathiesen This closet organizer is a good buy for anyone looking to organize a closet space. It takes some time to put the organizer together, but overall it is very handy once you have it together. The box came damaged with a part of the closet shelf bent, though we decided to keep it rather than ship it back due to needing the organizer sooner than later.

It does the job. May 27, 2011
By L. Green Not as flimsy as I thought it would be. It works in my oddly shaped closet. I gained a lot of space, and that was the point. Be sure to read the directions carefuly, especially how to initially measure using the support posts. I misread that part and ended up having to drill new holes in the posts. Don't rush like I did and you should be fine.

Great space saver!!!!!!! Feb 19, 2012
By SMU I purchased this product from Walmart orgionally when I wanted to add space to my personal closet. I decided to do the same for my wife's closet on valentines day. I bought two of them so I could have more customizing options. I paid under $80 for both and it was well worth it after 3 hours of installation. Yeah it took me a while, but I had to cut and measure accordingly. You will need to have some basic knowledge or familarity to install this. I used a power drill, stud finder, tape measure, saw, and level tool. It's best if you have all your tools ready instead of having to stop the process because you have to make a trip to the hardware store. Those items are not included in the kit, but will make your life a lot easier. Her closet measures 5'6" in width, 2' in depth, and about 9'-10' in height. I had to use the height for my advantage, so I used the second kit to make 6 shelves for folding and storage space. These babies don't move a thing and hold the weight with no problem I used stud, dry wall, stud, dry wall, stud, and dry wall for the long shelves. For the short shelves I used a stud in the middle and a dry wall slot on each side. Overall I'm very happy with the end result and she loved it as well.
