Great Value & Quality for $2 Nov 20, 2007

These feel like high quality, good lathering sponges for your bath and at the price they are an excellent value. I would have to say that you could buy a similar quality and size one at Target and expect it to cost $4.95.
If you need a few more dollars for Amazon free shipping, this is definately one you will find useful for your home.

Just OK Apr 27, 2010
By Sufen Chang Back when this sponge was only $2, it was a good deal, especially for pushing your cart total over $25 for free shipping. The price is currently almost $5 now, so I wouldn't even consider it unless the price dropped. You can get a pack of 3 at a well known department chain store (BB&B) for around $6, and quality is either the same or better (not sure if the three-pack is still available). The sponge itself is decent, though I find it rather small.

Great little loofah Dec 24, 2009

Gotta laugh when I read someone recommends it for the dog (well, I guess they'd hold still :-) ). This is super with bath gels/body washes. It hangs conveniently in the shower. It's terrific for a human being!
After many months & a LOT of use, it has held up nicely. Haven't thrown it in the washing machine yet, as it retains a fresh scent & looks & feels great still.
Great value for the money.

Unravelled after two uses Jun 01, 2011
By M. Kutler My use of this sponge lasted for a total of two showers. All seemed nice. But on the third use, I loaded the sponge up with shower gel and the sponge immediately began to unravel into a single piece of crinkled material. Perhaps this specific one was defective but I am certainly not purchasing another one!

A bit expensive Apr 23, 2011

I expected it to be a bit larger than it was (it's about the size of a girl's hard softball). That being said, it's very firm as a whole, but not rough like I've had with some lufas before so it's a comfortable wash when in the shower. I do enjoy it very much, but for different reasons than for which I bought it.
