Difficult to install, doesn't fit right, water sprays all over the place once it is installed. Then it only lasted for 1-2 months with minimal use - three bathrooms in home. Not 12 months as claimed. Waste of money.

No wonder this thing is cheap compared to Brita's other products. The threads that hook onto the faucet are weak and easily stripped from simple hand tightening, not to mention they try to stick this rubber washer in it that's just about the same size of the screw-on apparatus attached to this item resulting in the whole thing popping off soon as you turn on the water. I can't say enough bad things about this piece of useless junk.

Difficult to install and needs re-tightening after one or two uses.

Nice idea but item only lasted a month before the red light for the filter came on -rather than a year. I did not over use it either. I washed my hands about once a day and when I brushed my teeth I would only turn it on to rinse my toothbrush. Also the fountain part doesn't work anymore either. Maybe a factor of the filter being dirty there isn't enough pressure for it. I plan on contacting Brita on this matter. See what they say.

I love this brand/style of water filter and have used it in our kitchen for years. Thought this would be a great one for the kid's bathroom - save those trips out for drinks of water - but, alas, it did not fit the small, pedestal sink. I'm sure if it had fit, it would have been AWESOME.
