 Beautiful, but flawed Mar 29, 2011

Purchased this vase for a friends wedding. The vase is very beautiful, has good weight, and a modern design. However upon inspection, there was an inch of indentation visible in the glass. It is too late to send back so I am stuck with it. I suppose the flawed side could be turned towards the wall. I had higher expectations based on the reviews and that it is made in Italy.
UPDATE- I took my chances and ordered a second vase for my mom for mothers day. It arrived in about 100 broken pieces. The packaging is inadequate, no padding inside the box, and no "fragile handle with care" label on the outside.

Beautiful vase. Check out the measurements carefully as it was a little smaller than I expected. Made in Italy.

This vase arrived in perfect condition and is just the right size for a small yet taller arrangement of flowers. Nice weight to it, won't tip over easily. Love the graceful style of it.

I received this as a gift. It's a really heavy weight piece, but it has a flaw in the glass that ruins the overall beauty. Too bad!

As described by manufacturer and as shown on pictures. Heavy glass. Looks more expensive than $12 for sure. Would recommend.
