Love this vase! Has a nice weight to it, a nice circumference to easily support a full bouquet of flowers that is not too tall. I am really enjoying it!

I logged onto Amazon looking for a vase because I knew I would find a varied enough selection in one place - and find the type of vase that I was looking for. It needed to by glass and yet have a solid enough feel to it that I would not have to worry about it being easily tipped over by an overly zealous cat trying to get at its contents.
Besides the fact that this is just a beautiful vase to look at - this vase has a perfectly weighted bottom. It now sits on a ledge between my kitchen and dining room with two bunches of twisted bamboo and it is just beautiful to look at.
A perfect choice. I am very happy with my purchase.

I wasn't sure if I should buy a vase over the internet, I was afraid it would look cheap...
Well, IT A GORGEOUS VASE!!!! Looks very nice, not cheap at all!!!
I can't believe I payed $12,00 for it! I was gonna give it to my neighbor as a present, but guess what??

This vase is nice and heavy, with thick glass walls and a sturdy base. The glass had no flaws or bubbles and appeared to be really nice quality.
I have some other Bormioli Rocco glass items and they are without chips or blemishes for almost a decade now, so I think this vase will age well too with normal use.
I gave this as a gift in a gift exchange at Christmas and the woman was thrilled with receiving this vase. It makes a great gift because who doesn't like flowers and a nice vase to hold them? I would order one for myself if I didn't already have plenty of vases.
The only reason why I took off a star is because the title and description boasts that it comes in a gift box, which I wanted very much but did not think that that was what it came in. It comes in a thin cardboard box that has a printed graphic of the vase around it. It was not wrapped in bubble wrap or anything. So not only does it blow the surprise of the gift, but it was unprotected! It speaks to the durability of the vase that it arrived to me undamaged. Amazon did add packing bubble pouches to keep it from banging around in the larger box which also helped. I put it in a different box with bubble wrap and tissue paper for better presentation as a gift.

Vase was shipped and received quickly. Large, heavy vase as expected. I bought this vase for a dozen plus roses. I received the vase and it wasn't broken, as i feared it might be. I then shipped the vase to a friend as a gift. She loves it and says may people comment on how pretty it is.
