This is a beautiful table. It's in a warm wood tone, solid oak, and its proportions are sleek, not clunky. It goes well with either traditional or modern furniture. Its size of 60" X 30" is perfect for a small apartment, yet it seats six. Plus it's reasonably priced.

First off, this table is a "honey oak" stain. I don't know why that isn't listed in the product description, as it was clearly marked on the box the table came in. Regardless, the table is great! It's nice and sturdy, solid wood. There were two imperfections on the top surface, both scratches about 1/4" long. Assembly was easy, though I used a socket wrench to make sure everything was nice and snug instead of that silly tool they provided. I'm not sure about the previous reviewer; my table measures 60" x 36", as listed. Four people easily fit around the table. Six could be done, but might be a little tight.

Have not received May 18, 2011

I purchased a Shaker Dining Table on the May 11th..it is now the 18th, and my status says : Will ship soon (which it has said since the day I ordered it).
I had ordered chairs from another seller at the same time, and they are here and put together and waiting for the table.
I have sent several messages, with no response.
I wish I would have read other peoples feedback first, because I probably would not have dealt with these people

Just received the table, way earlier than expected. It is exactly as described. It looks wonderful, and is very sturdy. It was easy to assemble and looks great with my antique Shaker chairs!
