worked great last year... Jan 07, 2011
By A. Clark This shovel worked great last year. Shovels a ton of snow quick regardless of ergonomics. However the reason I am writing this review is I just broke it straight down the middle. There was only an inch of snow outside and I was just walking along pushing some snow in front of out house door and it snapped with one hand pushing. Guess I will go metal next time.

plastic Grain Scoop Jan 06, 2009
By Jeffrey Parshall Bought two of these shovels for snow removal. I used them regularly for shoveling steps and walk ways. They work great. Because of the large scoop size, it can handle heavy snow. This shovel is not something you would use to clear large areas of snow. A push shovel would be much better. I would definitely recommend them for which they were designed. Note: I had an aluminum version before and it lasted at least ten years. Plastic works better on rough surfaces where aluminum would scratch, cut or gouge a wooden type surface

Best snow shovel around Mar 19, 2010
By Gary S. Reif

We had 5' of snow this year. These shovels are light, strong and carry a nice size scoop of snow. Been using them for years and these were bought for neighbors. Order was shipped fast and delivered in good condition, plus the price was great.

Wonderful Quality for the Price Feb 02, 2011
By William Hanousek We've had a miserable winter here in New York City with snow and ice on a regular basis. This has allowed me to use the shovel extensively.
Good news... the shovel is lightweight and easy to use BUT also extremely durable. Even with ice, the scoop remains in excellent condition. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Nice snow shovel Jan 08, 2011
By Martin E. Griffin

This is a nice snow shove. Well balanced and with a quick coat of WD40, I was tossing snow effortlessly. That said when it came down to the ice on the concrete I switched to an old metal shovel. Days later I did use it to clean the gutter of stuff. I did scrape the concrete and asphalt but no signs of damage. Plan to get the metal version soon.
